Equipped with automatic spreading and cutting equipment, the factory is well
maintained and upgraded on modern sewing, embroidery and printing machines.
Laundry (Samplings & Production) :
This part of the plant consists of washing, centrifugal, drying machines and finishing equipment which can process rinse wash, enzyme & silicone wash, stone wash, bleach, acid wash, tint, spray, scrapping, whisker, crinkle, curing, scratching, damage, shinny coating, overdying, creasing, coating, swift tagging, popping, 3D & laser finishing.
COLLECTION :
A main collection line is available based on a monthly updated washing and trendy developments
FINISHING DEVELOPMENT :
The factory has a highly proactive R&D team of engineers continuously searching for new trendy fabrics and developing fashionable and trendy innovations on finishings.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT :
The plant has a very skilled and experienced merchandising, pattern making, sampling and finishing teams. All customers are provided with an accurate and fast full development service. The protos are delivered in three working days.
